Is there a minimum order quantity or value?
No minimum order requirements exist for Empets brand products. You can order any quantity—perfect for testing new collections without financial pressure. Volume discounts begin at €2,000, but smaller orders are welcome at standard net pricing.
Can I combine multiple discount tiers in one order?
Discount tiers apply to your total order value, not individual products. If your order totals €6,500, you receive 6% discount on the entire order. Discounts automatically apply at the highest tier your order value qualifies for.
How do private-label setup fees work with volume orders?
For Scenario A (rebranding), the €50 tag design fee is waived when your tagged product order exceeds €5,000. For Scenario C (custom development), the €150 design fee per model is waived when production orders exceed €15,000. These thresholds apply to the specific order using the new designs.
Are prices negotiable for very large or recurring orders?
The published tiered discount structure applies to standard orders. For exceptionally large orders (€50,000+), multi-container shipments, or annual partnership agreements, contact Empets directly at biuro@empetsgroup.com to discuss custom pricing arrangements that reflect your commitment.
What happens if I need to modify my order after paying the deposit?
Minor modifications may be possible depending on production stage—contact Empets immediately. Major changes or cancellations after deposit payment result in deposit retention to cover production costs already incurred. This policy protects both parties’ investments while maintaining fairness.
Do shipping costs affect which discount tier I qualify for?
No. Discount tiers are calculated based on net product value before shipping costs. All Empets pricing is Ex Works (Poland), meaning shipping is arranged and paid separately by the buyer. This ensures transparent pricing and allows you to optimize logistics independently.
How long are quoted prices valid?
Proforma invoices are valid for 14 days from issue date. This protects both parties from material cost fluctuations. If you need longer price guarantees for large projects, discuss extended validity periods with Empets when requesting your quote.
